AutoPark leaking Actuator or Cylinder (pictures included)

Well, I was all excited today to send my AutoPark cylinder off to Roger to have rebuilt but it seems it might not be the cylinder that is leaking, but rather the actuator (or perhaps both). I emailed this picture to Roger Haag as well for his opinion, but does this mean the actuator is bad and needs to be rebuilt or can it even be rebuilt or will I need a whole new unit?

    Roger got back to me and let me know the larger part (actuator) is just a spring inside, no actual fluid, so the leak can only come from the cylinder it seems. Anyway, got it sent off and hopefully we can still make at least 1 trip b4 the summer is over :D
