We have a 2013 RB 3500 Sprinter converted by Sportsmobile. Our house battery is a 12V AGM 4D 200AH sealed lead-acid battery (measures: L 20.75", W 8.11", H 8.43"). It is located under the van on the driver's side just behind the driver's door. We are looking to add another house battery. If one would fit under the hood and if it is compatible with our existing house battery, we would have the added house battery capacity we are looking for.
I don't know if the two 6 volt AGM house batteries that you have under the hood would be compatible with our 12V 4D AGM battery or not. Do you happen to know the overall measurements of the area occupied by the two batteries and who the manufacturer/supplier of the battery is (our battery was provided by Universal Power Group & Battery Systems)? Your input would be appreciated. Thanks.
