Aux generator on 1989 Winnebago Warrior
My aux generator on my 1989 Winnebago Warrior starts, but will not keep running (light does not turn green). Any ideas out there that can help me fix the problem? My aux generator is an Onan BGE/BGE...

#1 question how much gas is in the RV tank
won't run if tank is below 1/4
#2 question status of your 'house' batteries
IF discharged, genset might not stay running
is battery disconnect on or off, your converter suplies the power for the batteries and the genset ignition
most Onan's no longer have their own 12v power circuit
#3 LOW oil in genset will cause this
these conditions don't care what model# the genset is
except that old 70's models have their own 12v power
