Without knowing what type of RV or awning you have I am going to guess - Most awnings allow you to replace the fabric. There are channels in the rail that's mounted to the RV and one in the roller and the fabric simply slides in. Some are easier than others to replace. Some with springs can be downright dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. I replaced the fabric on a lippert power awning on a 2013 MH, 2 people, 2 ladders and was about a 45 minute job. Unroll the awning, cut the old fabric, take out the screws holding it in, slide both pieces out, Slide the new fabric in, top and bottom simultaneously, put the 2 small screws holding it in and roll it back up. Some care that you support the arms laterally while sliding the fabric in so you don't bend the arms and make sure the fabric is aligned top to bottom or you will get wrinkles. But it's pretty straight forward. If yours has springs, that's a whole different animal. Since yours is power I am guessing it does not have springs. You tube is your friend on this one.
