We just spent five weeks in Texas, in our fiver. The space was really nice but we have decided to go simpler, so we are going to sell it. We have serious reservations that our Trail Lite B+ can hold both of us and the dog for any length of time, but we are going to find out.
The TL is great for touring, but we don't know about sitting.
In a perfect world, we would be going with a bigger MH. Or more likely, a smallish TT. But we have the TL, so we need to give it a fair chance. Our biggest concern is the evenings, when we would both be inside. What we are planning to improve it:
- A swivel plate for the front passenger seat. Hope this will be a spot for reading, laptop using, etc.
- A 10x10 screen room(with flaps for inclement weather). It fits into a small package and we can stow it.
-Maybe a Little Buddy heater for the screen room for evenings.
-Two good compact chairs.
-Buy a little camp table.
-Find a spot to carry our Dish Tailgater.
I think all of this will fit even without employing the hitch rack I bought. In a few months, we will know. :)
