I have the same problem. Bought new "green/white" hose after our Alaska trip and cut it so both ends are "flat" not corrugated. Looks like it's solved, will find out next summer. Biggest problem to me is the fill is the same height as the inlet to the tank. I don't fill the last 3 inches any more.
