We've managed to tune most of the clatter down several notches, yes still have a few annoyances, dependent on how rough the pavement is. Freeways is pretty quiet...

As to the quiet question, I spent about 100 miles in the back while my wife drove looking for any rattles, squeaks, or buzzing. Did not find very much, but did quiet the screen door, the leg under the dinette, the couch rollers, the stove, silverware drawer, and the microwave. Now, on smooth black top highways, it is spooky quiet.

We decided that we did not use the dinette very much, so we did a simple conversion to make a traditional single bed -
