I bit the bullet and had Tireman dually metal stems installed and tire maintenance went from bad to great. The stems seemed pricey and I had them changed when I had the rig at the Chevy dealer for service.
As for the kitchen we did much the same as QuietJake recommended. I also got a cutting board that snapped onto the stove grid with rubber feet that stopped that noise as well, used strategically placed tension rods in the upper cabs. to keep things in line, bubble wrap for noise, and when one of the cutlery drawer retainers refused to keep the drawer closed underway, I put an eyehook below the bottom drawer, strung a bungee loop thru it and stretched it over both drawer knobs, which solved that problem. We also kept all the 'household chemicals' in the undersink cabinet on the floor level. I made a divider for that area so they could not migrate into sensitive areas near the HWH.
Converting the front overhead cabinet to a 'fold up' flat screen tv added great space for pillows while underway and they acted as a silencer and soft support for the tv.
Thats all I can remember!
