Speaking of the wheel covers, I am missing a couple of the faux lug nuts. Can these be replaced or must I continue to be "exposed"?

I took off the wheel covers that came with the RV and replaced them with Stainless Steel liners that cover the wheels and makes them look like chrome rims. Bought mine on eBay. They are Pacific Dualies and look like this -
