I took a photo, below. My trim is not glued on. The center piece is held by 3 screws on each end. Each side piece is held by the 3 screws where it meets the center piece, and 2 screws on the gray furry end panel. Those 2 screws are under the gray button caps. There are actually snaps there under those caps, with the screws in the middle. You have to pry the furry caps off to get to the snap & screw.
So assuming you are talking about removing the side pieces, take off those 5 screws.
Oh, the towel was shoved in behind the center trim piece. Maybe there are towels shoved into the side areas too! I've never taken off that trim to look. Heck, maybe TL shoved the towels in, lol. :)
It took about 17 pages, but found Snowman's post that, along w/ Cheeze's and one other, have haunted me since last July. In the pic, Snowman shoys the curved gray trim that I have called green (not great w. some shades of color), and the same goes for my green cab flanking panels. Snow's trim is different from mine, and I simply could not get mine off in the middle region - thus the great discovery that I could remove the domelite and get a bolt thru the steel roof and plywood deck.
These various mods may help others w/ the B+ fiberglass shell cap. BT Cruisers by Gulfstream and lots of of R-Vision and Holiday Rambler cabovers are very similar.
What I found unique from any posts I can recall was that mine had no screws connecting ceiling board to angled side cabinets w/ doors. If you hear lumber jostling up there on rough road, you may want to chech this. The bolt (or 4 drywall screws) should quiet down most bird-chirping squeaks.
