Cheeze, thanks for the pix. This is really what we want to achieve. However, my wife thinks I will go crazy (and bring her along) if I try something this ambitious. So, we may mod the dinette slightly, get new cushions for it, and replace the sofa with something longer, so we can sleep front to back. This will give us easier access to the bathroom at night. I think we are always going to use our self-inflating camping pads, as they are easier to store than a chunk of memory foam.
As an aside, went to a local dealer for some parts and checked out the new Winnebago Trend with the Ram chassis. Nice unit, but wife noted less storage and poor coach organization, not to mention narrower and more claustrophobic. After looking at the unit and the $80K price tag, we are more inclined to mod the 213 to our liking than trade it anytime soon.
