yes, for sure....still, at 34k & 2004 model Chev 1 ton chassis I expected better.
I know about 'rim crack' etc having worked in a retread shop about 50 years ago. My brother owned a tire store for over 30 years. Sent him photos & he was surprised as well.
Oddly enough, the worst of both were mounted on the inside rear dually...almost like someone was hiding what they had already seen.
The whole set, lets say, were at the "+5/10" level, while these 2 were in the Oh NO.....they might explode while I'm just looking at them....discovered when under the rig for another purpose.
Never saw such severe example ever, in 'such a new tire'.
