Went to storage facility in Jan, engine battery dead, but started and drove, topped the gas (only a few gallons) with premium. Tried it Feb, really hard to start and stalled. Finally got it running. A few weeks ago - same thing. Last weekend, would not start.

I've been looking at the old posts and saw some people had fuel pump and / or fuel filter issues w/ the Chevy's.

Not sure why the engine battery is draining, previous owner pointed it out to me before I bought it. It does have an aftermarket lock and auto start.

Looks like I have a few items to take care of. Still like the RV though.

We also have an older unit 2002 with about 50K miles. Still no major problems with anything. We are on our 2nd engine battery and 2nd coach battery. We park ours usually in October and then do not restart until April or May. Only failed to start once because of a dead battery. I left the OBDII plugged in all winter. Did not know that it has a small drain on the battery. As soon as I connected a jumper battery to the dead battery, the OBDII chirped and showed status. Then I knew it was live all winter until it killed the battery. With the jump, the 5.7 came to life.

Might the remote start be connected to your chassis battery awaiting a signal from the key fob to start the engine. That could drain your battery.
