Aero Beds are so comfortable. Just plug them in and inflate them. They can be firm or softer. My Explorer conversion van has a very comfortable bed but if i needed to take care of that problem that is what I would do. Also on the bed in my van I have the egg box shaped padding you can buy at Walmart or like stores. This really helps too. Sometimes I just go out somewhere and land up 200 miles away, I just pull off the road and take naps and read my book and maybe make a cup of tea. I drove 10,000 miles across the US but the biggest problem for me was crooked auto mechanic, een the ones you think you can trust. It was heartbreaking. Had my two cats with me too, they did great.
