Poorstudent:
Trail Lites are listed under RVision in NADA. There is not a Ford listed; must not have had that many in 2002, though I saw several when I bought mine new. Even with very few miles, NADA lists the 211 at about 26K - high retail. I saw a couple of them on RVTrader.com in the high 20s - the most interesting was a 2001 211 in Salt Lake listed for 28K OBO. That one should be worth about 20 at best. I was told mine is worth 10-15K wholesale because of high mileage (84K). Please don't force yourself into spending 10K more than you should. These are good motorhomes, on pretty much bullet proof chassis (Chevy or Ford), but they are not golden. You can find what you need if you use the internet creatively. In fact, before spending 30+K for a 4+ yr old one, look at something newer. When you can buy new for 40s, you certainly should be able to buy a 4 yr old one for half that!
