Anyone added an Inverter to their rig? I'm about to add a Xantrex Prowatt 1750, and was wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a nice dry, secure placement. Cables are 6 feet long and batteries (2) are just behind passenger door. I'm going to run a 10 gauge extension cord around to the shore power plug from the inverter. When I need inverter, I will turn off converter, micro and AC breakers, switch refrigerator to gas, then turn on inverter via remote switch. That way all outlets (there aren't that many) will have power. Just want an alternative to the generator for short quiet times. Thanks.
