ph - Sorry to hear about your tire experience. I have LT225/75R-16 Generals on my 2002 unit. They also have approximately 20,000 miles and look like new. Based on the responses on my question about age, some felt I should be replacing them since they are 4 years old. The evidence was not conclusive.
burlmart - I have removed and replaced my wheels to put on the wheel liners that look like chrome wheels. Not too hard, bought a 6 ton bottle jack and got the lug nut wrench from a salvage yard (off a 2002 Chevy dually truck). Also pay $12.00/year to my insurance company for towing.
