Actually my husband and I are buying a used Motor home tomorrow. It is a Ford Trail lite 225. It only has 11,000 miles on it and looks really taken care of. It is from a dealership on consignment. There was an older couple that just couldn't travel anymore. Sooooo some of my questions have been answered by reading. Geeeesh you guys are good! lol I think we get about 10 miles to the gallon? I dont know if we are suppose to use Regular gas or High led gas but I guess we'll figure that out..
We started out with a Tent. Later we purchased a pop=up. We had the pop-up for 12 years. Funny thing is we got the same amount on a trade in as we did when we bought it...lol that was good. (feeling like I'm speaking to myself :R) We traded the pop up in for a Lance slide in camper and placed in on a Chevy Silverado Truck. We've had this for 7 years. NOW we've decide it's time to upgrade since we will retire in a few years. We figure, as we get older, it will be difficult climbing in and out of a bed that is almost up at the ceiling...lol If you set up you bump your head! I love that Lance camper though..it's just tooooooooooooooooooo small...
sooooooooooooo any comments? I hope we're making the right decision...My husband just didnt want anything larger than 21-22 feet..
