jeaniewes, you are buying a nice vehicle. Dario, another regular of this group, has the 225 on the Chevy Chassis. I have similar, model 213. In fact we are at the Turning Stone Villages RV Park right now. It's one of the nicest parks we have been to, with regular shuttles to the casino.
Though we have the Chevy, from what I know of the Ford, the mileage is about right for local,better on the highway. Uses regular gas.

btw, lots of room under the foldout bed for the fishing stuff, and I can echo what Burlmart said. Lots of the amenities of a much bigger coach for just 2 people without the bulk. I have even parallel parked on streets in small towns when we have been antiquing.
