B+ motorhomes

wow, I have so much reading to do. Finally getting around to deciding on buying another final rig for these golden years of life. I was very interested in the Winnebago view, w/disel but the pricing is a little staggering @$83000 for a new one. So have also inquired about a 2005 Coachmen concord model 235S w/ lots of extras and 11000 miles, asking price $49900 here in Dallas, TExas area. Being I am single, retired, with two little doggies thinking this size around 22' to 25' in the class B is really the ticket. Lots yet to check out as to other brands, models avail. Any suggestions or thoughts are really appreciated. I will use the rig full time, and dont need separate bedroom or even overhead area as the couch is great I think. Like the shower, sound system, dvd, and also thoughts of something to use for my lap top statelite system?? Lots to learn, and open to advice.
