jeanniewes - May your Mom have a speedy recovery in the nearby hospital and return to her former self. As to the shut off switch, I suspect that CharlesOK provided the answer you needed. I usually turn on an overhead light, make sure shore power is unplugged, and then press and hold the switch until the overhead light goes off.
karebear - The coach battery should have a useful life of 5-7 years. Mine stays charged while stored over the last 3 winters.
In general - replaced my front shocks with "bilstein be5-2480" and cross rotated my tires from the fronts to the rear outside duals. The quietness of the ride went from a barely audible rumble as the cupping part of the tire hit the pavement to total silence. Had 23,000 miles and felt that maybe it was time to switch to lifetime guarantee shocks.
