Hey Gene, I must admit I read every existing page of this thread when I was looking for my 213, but it was much shorter then!! I'm also jealous of your building. Now, if I could hit the lottery, buy my neighbor's house, replace it with a nice garage that matched my house, I would be very happy...and so would our 213.
