Have a 2007 BT 21 footer on the Chevy Workhorse engine etc. With encouragement from reading your B+ conversations I downsized from a 25 ft Class C back in February. It is usually just me and the dogs traveling to dog shows or camp grounds. In the near future, gas prices willing, I want to head out towards California and make the long drive with mulitiple stops on the way to visit my son. I love the manuverability of this size MH. But I need help. Driving down the road, if I hit any kind of rough or uneven pavement I hear some un-nerving "loose lumber" thumping sounds which seem to come from above the passenger side of the vehicle. The dogs are no help locating the sounds. Not having had any cabinets in a cabover area in my C, I still can't imagine that the cabinets in the B+ would rattle that much. To look at, they all appear and feel solid. Face it there just isn't that much to them, but the sound effect is like a load on lumber loose in the back of a pick up truck! I have visions of wooden joints slapping happily against on another deep inside where some screws have been left off....waiting to be free. Are these sounds normal? (No one needs to suggest where or not I am normal, but thanks anyway...)
