On our recent 6500 mi, 1 month midwest/midatlantic.southern loop, our TL 213 was very versatile as a van maneuvering in cities and neighborhoods, staying at state/provencial parks, staying in boondocking National CGs, parking and living in RV at night in short driveways (in all 5 instances, driveway was not much longer than rig). Often left dogs w/ generator and AC to eat, go to beach, shop, etc.
All this versatility thanks to a short (22 ft) rig primarily since there is no permanent bed, but at nite, in two minuites time, the dinette and sofa becomes a super kingsize bed for two big adults and 4 midsize pooches.
In the morning, as I always get up 1 or 2 hours earlier than the rest, I can use the dry bath with its closeable door to create a separate room and drink coffee, listen to NPR on transistor radio, read collected tourist info for area, plan route, use bathroom, etc., all w/o disturbing my wife or our sleepy dogs.
We researched RVs for 5 years before concluding that the B+ worked, and the B was just too small. I think we probably picked the exact vehicle for our needs.
