This is mostly for Happyjack, I enjoy reading all the comments...but here it's the reverse, I need to show my dear husband how things work so he will know what to point out regarding our Trail lite in case I meet my Maker before he does!!!!!
I think I have our mice problem beat... covered the fridge, furnace & water heater vents with metal mesh .. then duct taped over it... no dirty critters since. This is after removing all the dirty insulation inside and replacing with new stuff ,removing the padded rubberized facing from the plywood.. held down by thousands of stapples .. then scouring , disinfecting, scrubbing.. then stappling it all back on . After all this done, it was time to try and find the screw holes in metal without being able to see where they were. Happy to say, all is back in place.. Never want to do this again.
