The clearance lights I used are
Blazer LED lights which I got at Wallyworld for about $7.50 ea. I had three cracked lenses in the original front amber lights and I am powering the backup camera off of the center rear clearance light so I decided low-power, long-life LED lights would be worth the cost of changing all. Plus, they are much brighter than the old bulb type.
Below is an image of the low-cost fog lights mounted on the rear for backup lights. I'm going to add a relay to power the lights from a more robust 12v source since it appears that the factory backup light circuit is insufficient to power the added lights (blew 20A fuse, but not 25A though seems to be insufficient current to light both lights plugged in at the same time.)
