One thing great about the 211 is the fact that you have a REAL bumper instead of the plastic 'rear' on the 213's. I was one time thinking about removing the plastic 'cover/bumper' from mine and putting a real bumper there and then working out the trim somehow.
My fogs are directly wired to a red 'glow switch' in the cab. They are terrible as fogs, and since they are not wired correctly thru the headlight switch, I won't miss them anyway. However, since they are directly wired, the power is good, so it's time to get more wire and put them in the rear where they will do 'some' good. Not sure if they should go under the rear 'bumper' or on top. They are under the front bumper now, but I worry about putting a good pair of fogs in that position.
Anyone have any advice for fog light brands?
As for the clearance lights, my main concern about mine is that many of the mounting screws are rusting. Anyone have ideas?
btw gang, I still haven't found a solution for covering the tape stripes I attempted to remove from the interior...
