Pretty easy to replace, actually. Carefully pull the vertical weatherstrip on the sides up to the edge of the roof; unscrew the screws in the aluminum strip beneath that weatherstrip; unscrew the screws on the inside edge; then carefully separate the double-sided-adhesive-taped edge on the back wall.
