Cheeze, unless you are using the high beam wire to turn the fog lights OFF, I wouldn't recommend wiring to that. For true "fog" lights, they are best used with low beams, otherwise the high beams reflect too much off the fog, rain or snow. In fact, my car's factory driving lights automaticallty turn OFF when I use high beams.
