The gang's all here!
Seeing that many of you leave your B+s out in the elements, what can you say of the sun and rain effects on the rubber roof, the caulking, and the many plastic things (AC cover, skyligh, etc).
We pay $60/mo to store ours nearby and it is under a shed roof. I feel like it is worth it to protect the roof, but am not sure if I am over concerned.
Any opinions from you TL owners is appreciated?
