B+ motorhomes

Hi, our rig was supplied new originally from England and was converted to 240v so no issues. One small problem we have is our onan 4kw micro quiet genny. It was running like new and has very little hours on it, however recently it stopped and now we just get the clicking from the fuel pump priming but not turning over. When I ran the diagnostic check it comes up with error 32 which is low cranking speed, we have had it checked out with a local electrician and the issue is not power related. When I bypass the starter relay with jump leads it then cranks over okay but no spark and thus no starting. Getting anyone over here to look at it is not easy and wondered if there is something simple that I'm missing. We have dual leisure batts but hope to go to Scotland skiing in winter and would have liked it running before we go. Many thanks in advance of any help. I have searched every 'onan' post that I cam find but no solution yet.
