Chevrolet Forum. Reading it will give you some ideas.
I read somewhere that there is a fuse under the hood for the fuel pump. Pull the fuse (good time to check it) and crank the engine a few seconds that should open the fuel injectors and bleed off the pressure in the fuel rail. Plug the fuse back in. Then try having a helper turn on the ignition switch while you have your ear close to or on the fuel tank. Should be able to hear the electric pump repressurizing the fuel line.
