We downsized from a 40+ American Coach to a Unity 24MB about a year ago. To date we have 10k miles on it. We average 18-19 MPG not towing and 15MPG flat towing our CRV.
This model has a Queen size Murphy Bed built into the side wall.
I am 6' 250 lbs and the shower fits me fine.
We have had ZERO problems with the unit to date. I also use the unity as a second car and my wife loves driving it also.
The only CON is that you need to pack light. The ccc is only 1000 lbs.
We love our Unity. The quality is the best on the market.
