What about quality on the R-Vision Trail-lite series? I see a fair number of them on RV Trader.
Also a LOT of RoadTreks on RV Trader. Any input on their quality?
We got to see how they are built. The front cap is a one piece fiberglass piece that fastens over the sidewwalls and roof.
The side panels are assembled as a one piece sandwich consisting of fiberglass (filon) exterior, square tubular steel framing, styrofoam insulation, luan paneling covered with wall paper on the inside.
The roof is also a one piece sandwich with plywood top covered with a rubber roof (I believe it is EPDM), square tubular steel framing, styrofoam insulation, luan paneling covered with carpet on the interior.
The rear is a fiberglass endcap enclosing the roof and sidewalls. Picked up a couple of design drawings for the roof and sidewall constuction.
I would consider construction to be average or above and the method of construction well thought out.
