One thing that baffles me.... in a space as tight as a B...why on earth is there a 3 burner stove & an oven???? (Of course I know the answer, it's $$$$.) But definitely a waste. I've cooked a lot in a RV and NEVER used 3 burners, rarely do it at home.
I really like the European style 2-burner "hobs" and the sink built together in a small unit.
I call it sizzle. The more is always better syndrome. I suspect a lot of RVs are sold to first time buyers and those buyers don't have the experience to sort out what is needed and not needed. And sizzle works. Roadtrek is by far the biggest seller and if you have looked at their photos over the years their main photo was the four captain chairs around a table with long=stem wine glasses and a vase with flowers. Amazingly appealing. But is it reality? No. You are outside in lawn chairs drinking beer, and if wine, you've sought out a non-breakable plastic wine glass. ;)
