Backup monitor placement

I am not at all excited about the placement of my backup monitor...Why would the folk at FR think it is a good idea to put this on the lower left side???I am looking in to moving it to the top of the dash on the left.Just need to contact Voyager to see if I can get a mounting bracket!!My previous moho had it mounted just to the right of the steering wheel and easily seen...apparently someone had a "better idea".

    I think the manufacturer just sticks the monitor where it will fit, not where it needs to be. My original monitor position was low and right side with the view of the steering wheel blocking a significant portion of the screen.

    You'll like it much better after you move it.
