Welcome to the club. You are saying word for word what I said about my sons 2008 Rockwood TT. The caulk was good and I couldn't find any place that it could leak. It has gotten worse over the last few months so we pulled the ac unit thinking that the ac seal was leaking. When we removed it we noticed a small divot that appears to have been caused by a stick jabbing it. You couldn't see or get your fingers far enough under the ac unit to find it. It doesn't mean yours is exactly the same.
We caught it in time and it hasn't gone to the walls or ceiling and a 4x8 sheet will fix it. We cut the roof and will re glue it and dicor the cuts.
PPL wanted $5,000 to repair and replace roof material or $3,500 to cut it and do what we are doing. We should be able to fix it for around $200.00
Rv's are SO cheesy. :)
