Exhaust mods won't give you any more fuel economy, except in the rare occurrence that it added enough power to hold one gear higher than before. However, the new 2016 V10 has a better torque curve, to keep power up through every gear, so I would be surprised if exhaust improvements do much at all.
Note: I have the full Banks PowerPack on my V10, but it's a 2-valve so the Banks headers make a much bigger difference than on the 3-valve. In fact, I'm not sure they help at all on the 3-valve. I suspect most of the gains on the 3-valve are from the cat-back. Last I checked, Banks wasn't even claiming gains for their headers on the 3-valve.
