When we bought our rig it had the full Banks system, intake, headers SS exhaust and trans module. I don't know if it is any or much difference as far as power, acceleration and mileage. Pulling the Vitara from LA to Vegas to Page to Monument Valley to Blanding UT and then across Capital Reef and Great Basin, Ft Bragg up One to 101 and up to Cape Disappointment and down the Coast on 101 to Ventura and then LA, we averaged 7.8 mpg. I forget the total mileage and gallons purchased but I remember a lot of ups and down from Blanding UT to the CA coast. Several 2000' lows and 4 to 6000' foot highs UT and NV.
Ran well plenty of power but lose power on long climbs, not tremendous torque for towing like we do. Ran quiet and cool. So much more so than the Bounder it replaced.
