Banks Upgrade Question... Voids Ford Drive Train Warranty?

I've got a 2012 30' Itasca MH with the Ford V-10 engine and have about another year on my drive train warranty. I'm planning on spending about $4000 on a Banks upgrade for more horsepower and torq...

A full Banks kit installed on the old 460 V8 provided signicant benefits, but is not reported to do so much for later V10s, so a lot of money for little gain.
