Yes......sounds like water come out the 'air admittance valve'
BUT the real big question is HOW??????
The AAV's are installed on sink/shower drains on grey water waste tanks.
NONE on black water waste tanks.
So HOW did water get into grey tank....enough to fill grey tank and backup sink drain line in rder to leak out of AAV
