Batteries Don't Fit Through Compartment Door; Cannot Replace

I have SCOURED the internet for a solution to this problem, and am surprised to see that nobody has posted about it. I have a 1995 Fleetwood Jamboree Searcher, and my house batteries are dying. ...

On my old class C the batteries were under the step. The opening wasn't big enough.
I had to unblolt the tray and drop it down to get batteries out. Used a floor jack as they were too heavy to do by hand.
