While looking at the amp draw on your meter, start pulling the coach rv fuses one at a time until the meter shows which circuit the problem is on. At least that will narrow things down .
On the truck side : Having a 50mA draw on the chassis battery is normal. That low draw will take a long time to deplete a good battery.
While checking amp draw make sure you put tape over the door switch to keep the interior light off.
