That alternator is definitely larger than 60amp
and that converter very likely has wiring of 8ga- 6ga, not 10ga
fastest charge will depend on which ITEM is closer to the batteries,
the converter or the alternator
i know my alternator lowers the voltage and THUS the amps very quickly
and the converter via genset will give the most charge in say a two hour period
the alternator might give the most in 15 minutes, but that would be silly
if they need charging 15 minutes an't gonna be enough
