I replaced the switch as I thought that was the problem. How ever I thought those 3 switches were all one , but after getting it out, it was that all 3 were single rocker switches. The chrome cover made it look like they were all one. It turns out it was fuse that was in beside the solenoid. Replaced the fuse and it all worked fine. The switch was still good. The solenoid appeared to be working, I should say it was clicking.
