Battery Equalization
If you set the charger on the MH to equalization running the generator will it charge both chassis & house batteries with a equalization charge or just the house batteries? Thanks

As Designed, your Fleetwood DP will close the battery isolator relay when either battery bank reaches 13.3 volts. So yes an equalize will effect both battery banks.
