Probably one solenoid is for completely disconnecting the coach batteries from all circuits (via a manual switch somewhere), and the other solenoid is for connecting the alternator to the coach batteries whenever the engine is running.
By the way, our stock Winnebago solenoid for connecting the alternator to the coach batteries failed after owning our new MH for only a short time. I replaced it with a special solenoid that was real heavy duty and had silver alloy contacts for long wear.
