The part that raises and lowers the antenna is not the same thing that allows you to rotate the antenna. The part described above only handles up and down. The piece that controls rotation is the plastic tube (and possibly an extension to that tube) that is attached to the rotational plate inside the coach. My suggestion is that you call Winegard directly and ask for tech support. They will let you know exactly what you need and sell you the part. Otherwise, you can remove the handle and the parts will coming tumbling out so be sure you see what order things were as you take them apart. When you look at the shaft that goes up you should be able to determine if that rotational section is the only thing there or whether there is an extension that broke.
