Thanks for all the suggestions so far. I looked at the diagrams in the Monaco manual and it indicates the circuit goes from the PS front bay to the rear of the coach and then over to the DS. However, it does not show the 'switch' on the engine hatch. That switch has been broken for years and appears to be one of the plunger style switches. I just wired that switch together and it's worked fine until now. I've checked the continuity thru both sides and it checked ok. One thing that happened the other day was in locking the coach with the key pad, both sides locked but only the passenger side would unlock.
I'm also at a loss as to where the fuse(s) marked DS ACT and PS ACT are located. Would those be in the front run bay? TIA...Dennis
