This info tells me that they are probably quite busy in their shop, if they have a busy and successful sales dept.
No one in this thread said their shop work was "not good"
If they are continually busy, they probably have decided to charge higher shop rates so that they can look after their own product readiness.
Higher rates tends to keep retail work down a bit.. :W
But hey, if the customer wants to pay, that's up to the customer, right?
